DELIVERY INFORMATION
Customers in Ireland and Northern Ireland
Delivery time
BREEZE UP COLLECTION aims for next working day delivery for all orders placed before 12 noon Monday through Friday, and two working days delivery time for orders placed at weekends or after 12 noon on weekdays. Although, this may vary due to couriers.
Courier service
Items are dispatched to Irish customers using Fastway or DPD couriers.
Delivery charges
Delivery costs for all Ireland and Northern Ireland orders incur a delivery charge of €6.65 each.
Customers in Great BritainDelivery for UK Customers will be £9.99 with GLS 2-5 day delivery.For all orders - Tax, Vat & Duty is all included in your purchase so there will be no hidden charges on arrival of your order.
International Orders: Duty, Vat, Fee’sOrders being delivered outside of EU will automatically have the VAT deducted on the website. Additional taxes, fee’s or levis may apply depending on the location of arrival of order. Any customs or import duties will be charged to the customer in addition to them receiving their order. GLS will contact you in order to pay the charges, once paid the order will be delivered.
Unfortunately we are unable to advise of the cost of these charges as they vary. Please contact your local customs office if your require any further information.

BREEZE UP COLLECTION aims for orders to other EU and Swiss customers to be delivered in 3-4 working days for all orders placed before 12 noon Monday through Friday, and 4-5 working days delivery time for orders placed at weekends or after 12 noon on weekdays.
Courier service
Items are dispatched to other EU and Swiss customers using DPD couriers and require a signature upon delivery.
Customers in All Other Countries
Delivery time
BREEZE UP COLLECTION aims for orders to customers outside of the EU to be delivered in a reasonable timeframe, though this will vary by country. Typically you should expect delivery in under two weeks, however should you have any questions please don’t hesitate to email customercare@breezeupcollection.com and we well advise you regarding deliveries to your specific area.

Order tracking
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
To track your parcel, simply click on the link in the email and you’ll be directed to the courier website. If you can’t locate the tracking email, please make sure you’ve checked your junk/spam folder.
If an item is delayed, it’ll be sent in a separate parcel once we receive further stock at the warehouse. Please check your order confirmation email, as delayed items should be marked with an expected delivery date.
If the status of your order shows it’s been delivered, but you haven’t received anything, you should firstly:
Check if a family member has signed for the parcel at your address. Check around your property as the parcel may have been left in a safe place, for example your porch or letterbox. A card should be left by the courier to inform you of the parcel location. Parcels may also be left with a neighbour if the courier is able to do so, and the location will also be marked on a calling card.
Check if a calling card has been left. If you were not at home to accept delivery, the courier should leave a card with their contact details and you can arrange the redelivery yourself.

Incomplete Orders/Missing Orders
Sometimes an item can be sent separately from a different warehouse. If an item is missing from your parcel, please check your delivery note as you should be advised if an item will be sent later. Also, please check if you have received a second tracking number by email, as this shows that a second parcel has been sent out. If this is not the case, please contact us with your account name by emailing customercare@breezeupcollection.com
If an item is missing from your parcel, it may be delayed. In this case, it’ll be sent in a separate parcel once we receive further stock at the warehouse. Please check your order confirmation email as delayed items should be marked with an expected delivery date.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged parcel, please check that all of the items you ordered are inside. If any items are missing, please contact us with your account name by emailing customercare@breezeupcollection.com
