Refund Policy


If any of the items you purchase do not meet your requirements, simply send the unwanted items back to us within 30 days for a refund of the value of the item. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a refund and purchase the new item separately.

Items must be returned to us unused with all BREEZE UP COLLECTION tags and all labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.


We prefer that items are returned to us using the same delivery bag in which they were sent to you. Simply place the items in the bag, together with the return slip and seal. Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender.

To ensure your return is covered by our guaranteed returns policy and reaches us promptly, items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.

Shipping is at your own cost.

Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Returns are returned at your own cost.

Please email if any of your purchases have been delivered without BREEZE UP COLLECTION tags.

Free Whip with Two Pairs of Breeches:

If you have purchased two pairs of breeches you will receive a free whip. If you return one of these breeches, half of the cost of the whip will be taken automatically from your refund of €26.96 / £24.52. If you return the two breeches and not return the free whip, the full whip cost will be taken automatically from your refund of €26.96 / £24.52.

Free Seat Saver with Exercise Saddle

When you have purchased a saddle you will receive a free seat saver. If you return the saddle and not return the free seat saver, the full cost will be taken automatically from your refund of €23.50 / £21.38. 

Boots and Shoes
All footwear should only be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.

Faulty goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date you received it.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on BREEZE UP COLLECTION. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your BREEZE UP COLLECTION account or future orders being refused.

Please be aware that we will not be responsible for any items that are returned to us which were not purchased from BREEZE UP COLLECTION. This includes personal items as well as items which may have been purchased from other third-party companies. These items are returned and then held by us entirely at your own risk. It is your responsibility to contact us in order to arrange their return. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to charge you an additional charge for this return. Please note that we will only ever be able to return the items to you, not to any third-party company. Please also be aware that we make no commitment to hold these items for any set period of time, and so we reserve the right to dispose of these items as we deem fit.
